Staff must confirm their phone number to start receiving the SMS / text messages. Go to the tab Staff -> Select your Profile -> click Edit Details and choose your country, Mobile carrier as well as add the Mobile Phone.
 

Go back to Profile Overview page or Dashboard where you will see the section for Confirm your mobile number. Send a confirmation code and once you receive one, add in the Validation Code field - > click submit and you are all set!
 

If your mobile carrier is not listed, let us know.

Some providers require them to either to register or follow a particular process before their SMS service gets activated on their mobile.
