Troubleshooting for 'Shift Notes'

Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to show you how you can resolve the possible issues you could face with shift notes.

Overview

If you are having trouble with adding shift notes to either a new shift or existing shift, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager or admin access privileges to perform some troubleshooting steps in this article.
  2. If you have a Supervisor or Scheduler level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.

“Not able to see & add shift notes”

Possible Cause: Related settings are disabled by Manager under Settings Module > ShiftPlanning tab > Advanced:
Restrict who can see & add shift notes

Solution: Ask your Manager to choose the right option to give access for viewing or adding notes from the following options as shown in Image 1.
