Objective
The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to acknowledge future shifts they are scheduled on.
Overview
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees
Acknowledging a shift means that the employee is ready to take that shift.
Un-acknowledging a shift means that the employee is unable to take that shift.
Things to know before you begin:
Shift Acknowledgement setting needs to be enabled by the Manager.
Being the Manager you will receive notifications for unacknowledged shifts only.
The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

Acknowledge a Shift
Step 1: Click the "New ShiftPlanning" tab located in the top panel, as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click on the "Schedule Overview" button > Select the "My Schedule" option from the dropdown > Click on the shift you want to acknowledge to open the Shift Details popup, as shown in Image 2.

Step 3: Click on the "Shift Acknowledgement" button at the bottom of the Shift Details pop-up window, as shown in Image 3.

Step 4: Pick the "Yes, I work" or "No, I can't work" option to acknowledge your shift, you can also optionally leave a note button > Click on the green "Save" button to finalize the process, as shown in Image 5.

Step 5: Congratulations, now you can see a tick icon on the shift cell that indicates that your shift is acknowledged, as shown in Image 6.

Note: Hover over the checkmark indicator on the shift cell to display a tooltip with more details.
Bulk Shift Acknowledgement
Step 1: Click the "New ShiftPlanning" tab located in the top panel, as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click on the red "Shift Acknowledgment" button in the navigation bar, as shown in Image 2.

Step 3: Click on the"Yes, I can work upcoming shifts" option in order to bulk approve all available shifts, as shown in Image 3.

Step 4: Congratulations, now you can see a tick icon on every shift cell that indicates that your upcoming shift is acknowledged, as shown in Image 4.
