Humanity Forecast is an AI scheduling feature that enables you to get a prediction of future business metrics based on imported historical data. These future metric values can serve as input for the Humanity staffing engine to create, optimize, and staff schedules automatically with Auto-Build and Auto-Fill features.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. This feature is a part of the AI Scheduling paid add-on for Humanity Scheduling.

  2. AI Scheduling is not available on the legacy ShiftPlanning module.

  3. To access this feature, it needs to be previously enabled in the Team Tools Setting by Humanity's Support.

  4. You must have Admin, Manager Supervisor, or Scheduler access privileges to access any AI Scheduling feature.

This tutorial does not cover the following aspects of running a Humanity Forecast:

  1. Edit Historical Demand Data (Humanity Forecast)

  2. Edit Forecasted Demand Data (Humanity Forecast)
