Objective
The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to access the Employee view on the iOS mobile application and create shifts for your employees.
Overview
Have an overview of all weekly schedules in the new Employee view easily with a desktop look & feel. Use the quick 'Create a Shift' feature to schedule directly from the schedule grid, just like you are used to with Humanity's desktop web experience.
Access from your: iOS Device
Applies to: Managers, Admins, Supervisors & Schedulers
Things to know before you begin:
You must have a Manager/Admin, Supervisor, Scheduler, or Employee with scheduling permission access privileges in Humanity to create shifts.
Schedulers can manage shifts and shift templates for their assigned positions only.
You can navigate between the grid view and the list view by using the list/grid icon in the top right corner of the All tab on the ShiftPlanning module.
