The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to access and use the Schedule Overview on the mobile application.
With the grid like Schedule Overview, you can to overview your own shifts on a weekly level together with scheduled shifts of the co-workers.

Things to know before you begin:
You must be an active user of the Humanity app.
Grid view/Schedule overview is available only in the All tab (My & Pick Up tab are list view only).
Employees can see schedules of all employees (if Employees can view all schedules setting in ON). Otherwise they can see schedules of the employees on the same position (if Employees can view all schedules setting in OFF and Employees can see shifts assigned to the staff of the same position is ON).
Step 1: Under the ShiftPlanning module in the All tab, click on the top right grid view/list view icon to access the Schedule overview as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Overview your and your colleagues weekly schedules. Shift items in the grid will have the info about shift start/end time & info about the number of slots available on open shifts (if there are any) as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Tap on the existing shift to learn more about the details of that shift in the summary window that opens in the bottom of the screen as shown in Image 3.
Note: As shown in Image 4, tap on 'Filter' icon to filter shifts in the Schedule overview (a.k.a. grid like view) by:
Shifts on my position
Shifts on my location
Via custom filter
Via default filter
