Objective
The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how Clock In and Out functionality works on your Apple Watch.
Overview
Access from your: watchOS device
Applies to: Admin/Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees
By clocking in and out as well as tracking brakes you are making sure that you came and worked for the hours you were scheduled for.
Things to know before you begin:
To use the Humanity Apple Watch app, you need to have Humanity iOS app version (3.3) or later installed.
To use the app, you also need to be logged into the Humanity app on your iOS mobile device that is connected with the watch.
Your iOS device needs to be running on the iOS14 OS version or later.
Your Apple Watch needs to be running on watchOS 7 version or later.
"Time Clock" module must be enabled from the "Settings" module.
Clock In/Out and record breaks on your Apple Watch
Step 1: Tap the green "Clock In" button located on the applications home screen to record when your working day has started, as shown in image 1.

Step 2: When it's time for your break, tap the orange "Take a Break" button to accurately record when your break has started, as shown in image 2.

Step 3: When your break ends, tap the orange "Resume" button to accurately record when you went back to work, as shown in image 3.

Step 4: When your shift ends, tap the red "Clock Out" button to accurately record when you are done with the work for that day, as shown in image 4.

Notes:
Apple Watch app does not support Clock In/Out if a photo and/or note is required to be attached.
Apple Watch app does support Clock In/Out if a location and/or position is required to be set.
