Objective
Starting with the 3.1 Mobile Apps version, Admins, Managers, Supervisors & Schedulers are able to create Unavailability slots for their employees on the go, via iOS Humanity mobile apps!
Overview

Applies to: Admin/Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers
Things to know before you begin:
Availability module is enabled in account settings;
You must have Manager/Admin, Supervisor, or Scheduler access privileges to be able to add Unavailability for your stuff.
Adding Unavailability Slots for Employees
Besides adding their own unavailability, scheduling roles are now be able to add Unavailability slots for their employees. With the tap on Create button at the top right corner of My and Manage sections, new dialog with two offered sections (Myself & Employee) will open:
In Myself section, you'll be adding your own unavailability by entering well known details:
Date
Time
Repetition (create Unavailable slot that doesn't repeat or create Unavailability that repeats & applies on multiple dates)
Note
With transferring to "Employee" section, you are able to add unavailability for selected employee:
Go to the Employee section Employee list will show up
and tap Select
.
When Employee is selected, you can proceed with entering other details of the Unavailability slot i.e.
Date
Time
Repetition (create Unavailable slot that doesn't repeat or create Unavailability that repeats & applies on multiple dates)
Note
Taping on Save will save Unavailability for selected Employee:
