Objective
Starting with the 3.1 Mobile Apps version, Admins, Managers, Supervisors & Schedulers would be able to manage Availability requests of their stuff on the go, via Humanity mobile apps!
Overview

Applies to: Admin/Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers
Things to know before you begin:
Availability module is enabled in account settings;
You must have Manager/Admin, Supervisor, or Scheduler access privileges to access Manage section.
“Availability must be approved by management” is enabled in account settings
If you would like to allow Schedulers to approve employees’ requests, enable the “Allow Schedulers to approve availability” setting.
Employees will be notified via email, SMS, or push notification once their requests are approved or declined.
Approving/Declining Availability requests
From the list of pending Availability requests on the Manage section, scheduling roles are able to access the details of any Availability request simply by tapping on it. With the tap on each request, Request details will open with the following information:
Employees details (name, position)
Date and time range of the Unavailability slot
Info about Unavailability repetition (if the request applies on multiple dates):
Type of the repetition (daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly) and
Until when would it repeat
At the bottom of the screen, users will be have two options:
To approve request by tapping Approve button or
To decline request by taping "Decline" button.
In order to make Approve/Decline decisions even easier, we've enabled for you to view already submitted Unavailability of the requestor. With the tap on “View Availability” on Request details screen, you are getting a monthly preview of the employee’s Availability for a selected month.
