The objective of this tutorial is to help you narrow down your schedule view with the Staff Availability filter.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers
With this filter, users with managing permissions can view availability data within the ShiftPlanning calendar while creating shifts in Employee View (provided that employees have set their availability). The filter is automatically enabled if you are creating the shifts in Day or Week view.
You may also select a specific employee to view their specific availability details.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a Manager/Admin or Supervisor access permissions in Humanity to view all the filters under the filter panel.
- You can navigate to different dates using the mini calendar or week modes.
Staff Availability Filter
Step 1: Go to the ShiftPlanning module from the top panel, as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Select Staff Availability from the left-hand side filter panel, as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Click on the dot next to the name of an employee to view their availability, as shown in Image 3.
