View, Edit, and Delete Your Timesheets

Learn how to view all your timesheets, delete or modify them when required!

The objective of this tutorial is to show you how to view, edit or delete timesheets.


Access from your: Android device
Applies to: Admin/Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers

You can view all the timesheets of your team and also delete, if needed.

Moreover, editing timesheets allows you to make changes to the clocked hours and details related to it such as position, clock in/out date and time, break time, note, remote site, tip, and only clock in tab.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. The manager must enable ‘Employees can edit time clocks’ settings to give access to their employees for editing timesheets.

  2. Employees do not have access to delete their timesheets until they have given scheduler permission access for certain positions.

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

  1. View Your Timesheets

  2. Edit Your Timesheets

  3. Delete Your Timesheet

View Your Timesheets

Step 1: Under Time Clock module > Manage view, you will be able to access and view all your timesheets, as shown in Image 1.

Edit Your Timesheet

Step 1: Tap on the timesheets you are interested in to modify > Tap Pencil icon from the top-right corner, as shown in Image 2.

Step 2: After updating the details you wish to edit, confirm with Save tab, as shown in Image 3.

Note: You may edit the listed option below for all timesheets:

  1. Position

  2. Clock In Date/Time of the timesheet

  3. Clock Out Date/Time of the timesheet

  4. Break time

  5. Remote Location

  6. Tips

  7. Notes

Delete Your Timesheet

Step 1: Under the Edit Time Clock, tap the Bin icon from the top-right corner to delete the timesheet > Confirm with Yes, as shown in Image 4.
