The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to add a clock time manually for your staff or yourself.


Access from your: Android device
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers

As opposed to real-time clocking in and out, the management permission levels are also able to add clock times for staff members manually.

Things to know before you begin:

1- The manager must enable ‘Employees can manually add time clocks’ settings to give access to their employees for adding time clock manually under the Settings module.
2- The ability to select the Only Clock In option is also there, which allows you to historically clock in if you or your any staff member forgot to clock in at an earlier time.
3- To add a clock time, you simply need to enter the following information:

  • Staff Member Name

  • Position

  • Clock In Date/Time

  • Clock Out Date/Time

  • Remote Site

  • Tips

  • Note

Add Time Clock Manually

Step 1: Under the Time Clock module, tap the Plus (+) icon from the top-right corner under My view > Enter the desired information > Tap Add tab, as shown in Image 1.

Note: You can also select the Only Clock In using the toggle button which allows you to add clock in time only, as shown in image 2.
