The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view the exact staff members you need.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Schedulers
In the Staff module, Schedulers will land on the Staff I Schedule view, where they’ll be able to see staff members assigned to them.
Schedulers can also use Staff with Same Position view to see staff members occupying the same position as them. Staff members who do not hold the same position or are not assigned to them will be visible under Other Staff Members’ view. To see all staff members, Schedulers can use the All Staff option at the top.
Things to know before you begin:
Admin or Manager(s) must assign positions to manage them as a Scheduler.
A Scheduler can only view or manage staff for their assigned positions.
View or Manage Staff For Your Assigned Positions
Step 1: Click the Staff module from the top-panel > Select the Employees tab, as shown in Image 1.
View Staff You Schedule
Step 2: Click the Staff I Schedule option from the left-hand panel to view the staff members with your assigned positions, as shown in Image 2.
View Staff with Same Position
Step 3: Click the Staff with Same Position option from the left-hand panel to view the staff members who hold the same position as you, as shown in Image 3.
View Other Staff Members
Step 4: Click the Other Staff Members option from the left-hand panel to view other coworkers, as shown in Image 4.
Note: Fields drop-down allows you to create a custom view according to your business requirements.
