The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to use different views in the Staff module.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers, and Employees
You can choose specific employee details you want to see and customize the view further by selecting one of the three available profile picture sizes. You can also save the staff list in your current view in CSV or XLSX file format.
Things to know before you begin:
The manager must enable ‘Employees can view staff gallery’ option in Settings to allow employees to view the Staff module.
The visibility of some option varies based on the permission level in Humanity.
The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:
View with Large Avatars
View with Medium Avatars
View with Small Avatars
Different Ways to View Staff
Step 1: Go to the Staff module from the top-panel > Select the Employees' button, as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Click Large Avatar option to see larger profile pictures of your staff members, as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Click Medium Avatar option to see medium profile pictures of your staff members, as shown in Image 3.
Step 4: Click Small Avatar tab to see smaller profile pictures of your staff members, as shown in Image 4.
Note: Use the Fields drop-down to choose the specific information you want to see and create a custom view according to your business requirements.
