The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to approve or unapprove the timesheets (working hours) of your staff.

Applies to: Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers
Manage timesheets of your staff for any selected time. Approve or unapprove the timesheets.
In order to make the timesheets approval process more intuitive, you can view your staff clocked hours against scheduled hours.
For more information about editing your staff timesheets before approving or unapproving, go to 'View, Edit or Delete Timesheets'.
Things to know before you begin:
Schedulers can only manage time sheets for the position they have access given by their manager(s)/admin.
The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:
- Approve or Unapprove a Timesheet
- Approve or Unapprove All Timesheets
Approve or Unapprove a Timesheet
Step 1: Tap 'Time Clock' tab > Tap "Approve or Unapprove" tab next to a timesheet under 'Manage' view as shown in Image 1.
Approve or Unapprove All Timesheets
Step 1: Tap "Approve/Unapprove" tab below all the timesheets to approve/unapprove all the timesheets at once under 'Manage' view as shown in Image 2.
Step 2: Tap 'Ok' to confirm the approval or unapproval of all timesheets at once as shown in Image 3.
Note: You can tap on the "Filters" tab to narrow down the timesheets you want to view > Tap 'Apply' tab as shown in Image 4.
Options available in filters tab to narrow down timesheets:
- Show only my time clocks
- Selection of Timeline
- Locations & Positions
- Time Clock Status: All, Approved, Unapproved
