Why does 'Shifts Available' or 'shift trade/release' widgets do not appear on dashboard?
Either there is no trade or release initiated by an employee or no trade, release, or open shift is initiated for the same position of that employee.
Open shifts are taken on first come first serve basis so there is a possibility that all the slots are filled.
