My staff is not receiving shift notifications, what do I do?
The possible cause that your staff is not receiving shift notifications is if the notifications next to the position are off.
Step 1: Click Staff module > Click Locations & Positions tab > Select Notifications On option from the drop-down next to your preferred position, as shown in Image 1.
