My staff is not receiving shift notifications, what do I do?

The possible cause that your staff is not receiving shift notifications is if the notifications next to the position is off.

Step 1: Click 'Staff' module > Click 'Locations & Positions' tab > Select 'Notifications On' option from the drop-down next to your preferred position as shown in Image 1.
