The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to reset a password for yourself.


Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees

Have you forgotten your password? Not to worry, we have got you covered!

Things to know before you begin:

  1. The password should be non-sequential and should not have any space.
  2. It should be of at least 6 letters and '123456' and 'abcdef' would not work.
  3. If you are logged in, you must log out first to reset the password.
  4. If you are not able to receive the reset link or your email address is not active, contact your manager and they will be able to reset the password for you!

Password Reset

Log out from the application and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the "Log in" page of Humanity > Click 'Forgot Password' tab as shown in Image 1.

Note: You may also directly go to the reset request page by clicking on this given link.

Step 2: Type your email address in the box > Click 'Request New Password' tab as shown in Image 2.

Note: Make sure your email address is valid; only if it is valid, you will receive a link for resetting your password.

Step 3: Sign in to your account to view the reset link email > Click 'Password reset link' tab, It will redirect you to change password page as shown in Image 3.

Note: Check Junk/Spam if you do not receive the email and also make sure that you have not marked email's from Humanity as Spam.

Step 4: Reset your password by typing the new password > Click 'Reset Password' tab as shown in Image 4.

That's it, your password is changed successfully; It will ask you to log in using the new password as shown in Image 5.
