I am the account admin, How do I transfer account ownership to another manager?
Things to know before you begin:
- Humanity allows you to have only one account admin.
- You can only transfer ownership to a user with manager access privileges.
- Transferring ownership to another user gives you manager access.
Step 1: Log in Humanity as an admin > Go to your profile as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Select 'Permissions' tab > Select the user from the drop-down > Click 'OK' to confirm and the account admin will be changed as shown in Image 2.
You will see the pop-up message "Main Account Owner Change" once you hit the 'OK' tab.
Note: You can also email the details of the new admin stating that you wish to transfer account ownership at firstname.lastname@example.org.
