I am the account admin, How do I transfer account ownership to another manager?
Things to know before you begin:
Humanity allows you to have only one account admin.
You can only transfer ownership to a user with manager access privileges.
Transferring ownership to another user gives you manager access.
Step 1: Log in Humanity as an admin > Go to your Profile, as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Select Permissions tab > Select the user from the drop-down > Click 'OK' to confirm and the account admin will be changed, as shown in Image 2.

You will see the pop-up message Main Account Owner Change once you hit the OK tab.
Note: You can also email the details of the new admin stating that you wish to transfer account ownership at info@humanity.com.
