Let's look into the details to reactivate your account with a quick fix if it has got locked and you are not able to access it after your 30 days free trial has expired!
Reactivate Your Expired Humanity Trial
Once days of free trial gets expired, learn how to make payment to access your Humanity account.
Step 1: Login to your trial account > Click 'Make Payment Now' tab as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Choose Your Pricing Plan > Choose Billing Period > Enter 'Payment Information' of your credit card > Check the box to agree with Humanity Term's and Privacy Policy > Click 'Pay Now' tab as shown in Image 2.

List of information that will be required:
a) Choose Your 'Pricing Plan'
b) Choose the 'Billing Period,' i.e. Monthly or Annually.
c) Enter the 'Payment Information' that includes:
Expiration Date
Card Type
Card Number
CVV
Cardholder Name
Country
State
Address
City
Postal Code
Billing Email
Notes:
You will have to contact your 'Account Executive' directly if something requires attention.
