Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to make your first payment, the different methods of payment and reactivate your locked account.

The 'Billing' tab not only provides you with a secure method to make your first payment but also helps you to view the current status of your account. You have various choices to select from different methods to make payments for your account.

Let's also look into the details to reactivate your account with a quick fix if it has got locked and you are not able to access it! 

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

Make Your First Payment

Step 1: Click the 'Settings' module from the top-panel > Click the 'Billing' tab from the left-hand side as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Choose Your Pricing Plan > Choose Billing Period > Enter 'Payment Information' of your credit card > Check the box to agree with Humanity Term's and Privacy Policy > Click 'Pay Now' tab as shown in Image 2.

Supported Payment Methods

Credit card is a secured way to make the payment immediately, however, you can make the payments though ACH, Wire transfer or Check.

Payment Instructions

W9 Form

W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification is a form) is used in the United States income tax system by a third party who must file an information return with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Reactivate Your Locked Account

Free Humanity Trial has Expired

Step 1: Login to your trial account > Click 'Make Payment Now' tab as shown in Image 3.

Step 2: Choose Your Pricing Plan > Choose Billing Period > Enter 'Payment Information' of your credit card > Check the box to agree with Humanity Term's and Privacy Policy > Click 'Pay Now' tab as shown in Image 4.

Note: You would have to contact your 'Account Executive' directly if something requires attention.

Humanity Subscription has Expired

Step 1: Login to your Humanity account > Click 'Make Payment Now' tab as shown in Image 5.

Step 2: Choose Billing Period > Enter 'Payment Information' of your credit card > Check the box to agree with Humanity Term's and Privacy Policy > Click 'Pay Now' tab as shown in Image 6.

Notes:

  1. You can view the billing details under 'Billing Overview' section from the left-hand side.
  2. After clicking 'Make Payment Now' tab, if you are not getting redirected to the payment information page contact our support department which is 24/7 available for 365 days!
