The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand the fields under 'Employee Details' section in a profile.

Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees
Employee Details fields displays the personal and professional information of your's for your co-workers.
List & Description of the "Employee Details" Fields
Full Name: This displays your first, then the last name.
ID: This is an employee identification number (Eid) used in many payroll programs that you can set as required.
Username: This is used to sign in as and needs to be unique in our entire application. You may set this once you receive your 'Activation Link'.
Mobile: Mobile cell phone number also used to receive text alerts from the application.
For more information to add or confirm phone number for receiving text alerts, go to "Add and Confirm Your Phone Number."
Home: The home phone number for other staff members to see.
Email: You will receive Humanity email alerts to this address. Email address can also be used to sign in with and along with your 'Username' identifies your account.

Wage: This is your employee base 'Regular' wage in contrast to a 'Special' or 'Overtime' wage. You can also assign position-specific wage, which will get reflected here.
Birthday: This shows your birthday, and the tab will not be visible if you have not added the birth date.
Positions: These are the 'Positions' that you are assigned to work.
Custom Fields: This displays the name of the custom fields only if you have added any custom fields in Humanity.
