How can I turn off notifications for my staff?
Go to the 'Settings' module > Select 'Account' tab from the left-hand side > Un-check the box next to 'Via e-mail', 'Via SMS', or 'Via Mobile Push' under 'Notifications' section > Click 'Save Settings' tab to turn off notifications for your staff as shown in Image 1.
Note: If enabled "Force email notifications" will disallow staff to edit their email notification settings, forcing them to receive them.
