The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view and save group account reports.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Manager/Admin
'Reports' tab lets you have the ability to view reports filtered by child accounts or for all store accounts together along with the Save as 'CSV' or 'XLSX' option.
You may also use the filters from the top to check your interested report along with the timeline and employee.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin access privileges in Humanity to view or save group account reports.
- The manager/admin must get group accounts enabled from humanity's billing department to view and access the module.

Group Account Reports
Step 1: Click 'Group Accounts' module from the top-panel > Click 'Reports' tab from the left-hand side panel > Select the report types, filters according to your business requirement > Click 'Apply' tab as shown in Image 1.
Note: 'Group Statistics' report presents the bird-eye-view of the whole hierarchy of accounts in terms of Account IDs, Account Names, Admin details, Total Employees including Activated, Inactive and disabled users, Locations, Positions and Schedulers data.
