The manager/admin must get group accounts enabled from humanity's billing department to view and access the module.

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

Manage Group Account Settings under 'Settings' module
Manage Accounts
You can create a new account or bulk accounts under this tab. You can also search your added accounts along with the listed information:
ID
Name
Domain
Admin Name
Admin Email
Number of Staff
You may also view the staff list along with 'Locations' and 'Positions.' You can also make an account to be a 'Parent' account or 'Delete' the account.
You can also view the staff's profile information and update it if required.
You may access the account directly as the main admin, however, if you wish to view the account as a staff member you may simply click on the staff name and access the account through that account.
You may also change the permission level and update it if needed.
Group Settings
From 'Group Settings' you can enable or disable the ‘Scheduler’, ‘Supervisor’, 'Accountant' and 'Schedule Viewer' permissions group across group accounts.
Using 'Same Subdomain' tab you can set whether group accounts share the same subdomain.
If unchecked, it should show what is set for that account while creating it. If checked and your account domain is abc, the child's domain is set as abc1 and for the next one, it will show abc2.You may also restrict access for child accounts.
Group Staff
Save your staff details as 'CSV' or 'XLSX' through this tab.
Communication
Through 'Communication' you'll see a list of all the notices already created, you can 'Create New Notices' by assigning them to the groups, 'Edit' the existing ones and 'Delete' notices.
You can send notices to all accounts and select permissions who will be able to see them.
You can also select when they will run and they will be visible on the 'Dashboard'. If you don't specify the end date, the notice will run forever.
Note: If you don't select a start or end date, today's date will be selected.
Permissions
All managers on the parent group account can have access to the ‘Group Accounts’ section.
Staff with manager permission level have access to the group platform settings, here you can 'Edit Permissions' > Define add accounts, access accounts (write & read) or access all accounts by checking the corresponding check boxes.
Billing
You will be able to view the billing details under the 'Settings' module of the main account if group billing is enabled.
However, if it's not enabled, you will be able to view the billing details by accessing that specific account under the 'Settings' module.
Group Reports
'Reports' tab let you have the ability to view reports filtered by child accounts or for all store accounts together along with the Save as 'CSV' or 'XLSX' option.
You may also use the filters from the top to check your interested report along with the timeline and employee.
'Group Statistics' report presents the bird-eye-view of the whole hierarchy of accounts in terms of Account IDs, Account Names, Admin details, Total Employees including Activated, Inactive and disabled users, Locations, Positions and Schedulers data.
Unlimited Nesting
This option needs to be enabled by your designated account manager from Humanity. It will allow you to have a Master account > Child Accounts > Sub Accounts.
Simply navigate to 'Group Accounts' > 'Manage Accounts' > Click on Child Account name and hit 'Can be a parent'.
Now if you will access the child account through 'Manage accounts' then addition of the sub account under the child account is same as adding child account under master.
Manage Group Account Settings under 'Settings' module
You may customize the settings next to any interested option under Settings module by either selecting 'Allow Child Edit' or 'Force Child Settings.'
