Not able to set 'Password' or 'Username'? Follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler or employee access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.

1. Possible Cause: Your password consists sequential character.

   Solution: Make sure to set a password without a sequential              character.

2. Possible Cause: Username has 'Upper Case' letter or 'Special'         character.

    Solution: Write the username in lower case and without special       character.
