The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how you can troubleshoot to resolve if a file is not getting uploaded under training module.

Not able to upload a file under training module? Follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.
  2. If you have a scheduler or an employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.

1. Possible Cause: There is not content written in the content box.

   Solution: If there is not text to be written, add a space to upload     the file otherwise add the content.

2. Possible Cause: Image is not in the correct format.

    Solution: Add the file either in 'JPEG' or 'PNG' format.
