Clocking in from the correct location however "Incorrect GPS is shown", follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler and employee access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.

1. Possible Cause: Location not identifying the address properly.

   Solution: Turn off and turn on the location then try again to get       the accurate GPS.

2. Possible Cause: Wifi or internet is not working properly.

    Solution: Reset your internet or wifi to get the accurate GPS.
