The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how you can troubleshoot to resolve if you are getting Incorrect GPS while clocking in.

Overview

Access from your: Computer
Applies to:
Managers/Admin, Supervisor, Scheduler and Employee

Clocking in from the correct location however "Incorrect GPS is shown", follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

1. Possible Cause: Location not identifying the address properly.

   Solution: Turn off and turn on the location then try again to get       the accurate GPS.

2. Possible Cause: Wifi or internet is not working properly.

    Solution: Reset your internet or wifi to get the accurate GPS.
