The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how you can troubleshoot to resolve if your staff is not able to view 'request leave', 'send new message' tab.

Managers/Admin, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees

If you are not able to view 'request leave' or 'send new message' tab, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler or an employee access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.
  2. You must be logged into the supported browsers.

Possible Cause: Chat icon is enabled which is hiding the tabs or screen size is small.

Solution: Close the chat box, hide 'Help Chat' icon, adjust the screen size, scroll up/down.

To close the help chat box: Click cross icon to close the chat box if still not satisfied hide the help chat icon.

To hide the help chat icon: Click the arrow icon next to the image icon > Click 'Hide Help Chat' tab.
