The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how you can troubleshoot to resolve if your staff is not able to create a shift or the application is not saving the shift.

If you are able to view clocked in time for your staff even when you are not using the time clock module, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin or supervisor access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.

  2. If you have a scheduler or an employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.

Possible Cause: Employee clocked in when time clock module was enabled or was in use.

Solution: Enable 'Time clock module enabled' under the 'Settings' module from 'Time Clock' section.

Remove 'Clock In' time of the employee(s) under 'Time Clock' module and disable the module back if you wish not to use it.
