Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how you can troubleshoot to resolve if your staff is not able to create a shift or the application is not saving the shift.

Overview

Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers/Admin, Supervisors, and Schedulers.

If your staff is not able to create a shift or the application is not saving the shift, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, or scheduler access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.

  2. If you have an Employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.

Possible Cause: The browser is outdated.

Solution: Update your computer's browser. 

To know the accepted versions of browsers. Follow instructions in the article: 'Minimum Requirements of Supported Browsers.'

Possible Cause: "Cookies" & “Cache” which helps speed up your browsing by saving frequently opened web pages are overloaded or sessions are mixed, they would get this error message.

Solution: First open the website in an incognito window if it gets opens correctly then you must clear your browser's cookies and caches under browser settings.

Note: All browsers have different ways to clear cookies and caches.
