Things to know before you begin:
- You must have manager/admin access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.
- If you have a Supervisor, Scheduler, or Employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.
Possible Cause-Related setting "Restrict Employees From Clocking In/Out" is enabled by the Manager.
Solution: Disable the settings under the 'Settings' module from 'Time Clock' section.
Managers must uncheck the option next to the setting as per your business requirement. Follow the instructions in the article: 'Time Clock Options.'
