If your staff is not able to view clock in tab for clocking in/out, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.
- If you have a Supervisor, Scheduler or an Employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.
Possible Cause - Related setting "Restrict Employees From Clocking In/Out" is enabled by the Manager.
Solution: Disable the settings under the 'Settings' module from 'Time Clock' section.
Managers must uncheck the option next to the setting as per your business requirement. Follow instructions in the article: 'Time Clock Options.'
