If you are not able to your staff's timesheets break or clock in/out time, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
Things to know before you begin:
You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, or scheduler access privileges to perform some troubleshooting steps in this article.
If you have an Employee level access, manager must give permission to edit timesheets otherwise you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.
Possible Cause: The information you wish to edit is exceeding the timesheet length.
Solution: Edit the time of the break or clock in/out tab to make sure it does not exceeds the timesheet length.
