If you are unable to select multiple schedule filters at once creating the schedule, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, or scheduler access privileges to perform some troubleshooting steps in this article.

Possible cause: Budget mode is on under "ShiftPlanning" module.

Solution: Turn off the budget mode from the schedule actions drop-down.

Hide the budget mode. Follow the instructions in the article: "Budget Mode."
