If drag and drop option is not working to copy or move the schedule, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Things to know before you begin:

You must have a manager/admin, supervisor or scheduler access privileges to perform troubleshooting steps in this article.

Possible cause: You are in the past timeline of your schedule.

Solution: You must be in the future timeline to use this functionality.
Alternative Solution: You may save it as a reference using schedule templates and copy the shifts into the timeline you want the schedule to get created.
