If your staff is not able to view co-workers to trade or release the shift, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issues.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have manager/admin access privileges to perform some troubleshooting steps in this article.

  2. If you have a Supervisor, Scheduler, or Employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.

Possible Causes: Related settings "Employees can view all schedules" and "Employees can see shifts assigned to the staff of the same position" are disabled by the Manager.

Solution: Enable the settings under the 'Settings' module from 'ShiftPlanning Options' section.

Managers must check the options next to these settings as per your business requirement. Follow instructions in the article: 'ShiftPlanning Options.'
