The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to hide or manage the visibility of a position under 'ShiftPlanning' module.

Hide or manage the visibility of a position under 'ShiftPlanning' module.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager or admin access privileges to hide or manage the visibility of a position.
- Positions must be added under the locations in your account.
Manage Visibility of a Position
Step 1: Click the 'Staff' module from the top-panel as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Click 'Locations & Positions' tab from the top as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Check/Uncheck the box next to 'Visible' to hide the position under ShiftPlanning module as shown in Image 3.
Note: The impact of this feature can be seen in 'ShiftPlanning' module where unchecking the box next to the 'Visible' tab of a position would make it invisible in the schedule view as shown in Image 4.
