The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand better visualize your staff details through different views.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees
Under the 'Staff' module, staff view can be changed according to your requirements and details will get populated according to the selected view.
You can navigate between different views and also create a custom view which can further be save as CSV or XLSX file format.
Things to know before you begin:
The manager must enable ‘Employees can view staff gallery’ settings to make it visible to the employees otherwise they won’t be able to view the Staff module.
The visibility of some option might vary according to the permission level in Humanity.
The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:
Gallery view includes employees name and profile picture.
Step 1: Click the ‘Staff’ Module from the top-panel and click on the 'Gallery View' icon from the right-hand side as shown in Image 1.
List view shows your staff names, cell phone, home phone, email, group and status.
Step 1: Switch to list view by clicking ‘List View’ icon from the right-hand side as shown Image 2.
Note: You can use 'Search by Name' and Select Filter tab to narrow down your staff according to your requirements as shown in Image 3.
Custom view allows you select the regular and position fields to create a view according to your business requirements.
Step 1: Switch to custom view by clicking ‘Custom View’ icon from the right-hand side as shown Image 4.
Step 2: You can select the fields you want to view using the ‘Select Regular Fields’ or ‘Select Positions’ drop-down to filter your staff as shown in Image 5.
Note: Click Save as CSV or Save as XLSX to download the custom view as shown in Image 6.
