The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to add skills expiration if you have assigned a skill to an employee.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers and Supervisors
Adding expiration on certain skills, allows you to receive notifications and keep track of skills that are counted as 'certifications'.
You can select when you wish to be notified of this skill expiration from 15 days, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months time frame.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin and supervisors and schedulers to add skills expiration for an employee.
- Skills expiration can only be added one at a time.
Add Skills Expiration
Step 1: Click ‘Staff’ module from the top-panel as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Click on the name of the ‘Staff’ to go to the profile of an individual you want to add an expiration as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Click ‘Add Expiration’ as shown in Image 3.
Step 4: Select the date you want to set the expiration, you can use the arrows to move the timeline backwards or forward as shown in Image 4.
Step 5: Select the time frame from the drop-down as shown in Image 5.
Step 6: Click ‘Confirm’ tab as shown in Image 6.
Step 7: Click ‘Close’ tab once everything is set according to your requirement as shown in Image 7.
