The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to add skills expiration if you have assigned a skill to an employee.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers/Admin and Supervisors
Adding expiration on certain skills, allows you to receive notifications and keep track of skills that are counted as certifications.
You can select when you wish to be notified of this skill expiration from 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months time frame.
Things to know before you begin:
You must have a manager/admin and supervisors to add skills expiration for an employee.
Skills expiration can only be added one at a time.
Add Skills Expiration
Step 1: Go to Staff module from the top-panel > Click on the name of the staff member to go to the profile of an individual you want to add an expiration, as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Under Overview section > Click on Add Expiration, as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Use the arrows at mini-calendar to move the timeline backward or forward to select the Skill expiration date > Select the time frame to be notified from the drop-down > Secure information with Confirm button and then Close window, as shown in Image 3.
