The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to print activation instructions for your staff if they do not have an email address.

You can print activation instructions for your staff members to log in using a temporary username and password if they do not have an email address.
The first time an employee login he/she will be required to select a new username and password.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin and supervisors to print activation instructions for your staff.
- The first time an employee login he/she will be required to add a new username and password.
- This option is only available if the email address is not added under the employee’s profile.
Print Activation Instructions
Step 1: Go to Staff module from the top-panel > Click on the name of the staff member you want to print activation instructions, as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Under Overview section > Click Print Activation Instructions option, as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Pop-up message will appear with the activation instructions > Go for printing option and confirm with Print tab, as shown in Image 3.
