The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to send an activation email for an employee via staff profile.

Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers
You can send an activation to your staff through their profile. However, employees will have to set the passwords once they receive the activation email to activate their account with Humanity.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisors, and schedulers to ‘Send an Activation Email via Staff Profile.’
- An email address should be added under the staff profile before sending an activation email.
Send an Activation Email via Staff Profile
Step 1: Go to Staff module from the top-panel > Click on the name of the staff to go to the profile of an individual you want to send an activation email to, as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Under Overview section > Click Send Activation E-mail Now! tab, as shown in Image 2.
