The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to send an activation email for an employee via staff profile.


Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers

You can send an activation to your staff through their profile. However, employees will have to set the passwords once they receive the activation email to activate their account with Humanity.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisors and schedulers to ‘Send an Activation Email via Staff Profile’
  2. An email address should be added under the staff profile before sending an activation email.
  3. You can send an activation email in different views (Gallery, List and Custom).

Send an Activation Email via Staff Profile

Step 1: Click ‘Staff’ module from the top-panel as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click on the name of the ‘Staff’ to go to the profile of an individual you want to send an activation email to as shown in Image 2.

Step 3: Click ‘Send Activation E-mail Now!’ tab as shown in Image 3.

That's it, confirmation will be sent to the user if he/she has an active email address!
