The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to manually activate an employee via the staff profile.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers
You can manually activate an employee through the employee’s profile. However, you need to set the username under Edit Details tab and password under the Password tab from the profile and manually hand over the account login details.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisors, and schedulers to manually activate your staff.
- You must add either username or email address along with the password for your staff.
- You must manually activate staff's profile if there is no active email address added to the profile.
Manually Activate via Staff Profile
Step 1: Go to Staff module from the top-panel > Click on the name of the staff member you want to manually activate, as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Under Overview section > Click Manually Activate option > Confirm with OK, as shown in Image 2.
