The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view disabled staff.

Applies to: Managers and Supervisors
An easier way to quickly view disabled staff. You will view the list of staff that you have disabled from their 'Profile'. The staff that has left the company but you want to keep his/her information in the account however not include them as an active employee.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin and supervisor access privileges to view disabled staff.
- An employee should be disabled by the managers or the supervisors to get visible under the ‘Disabled’ Staff tab.
- Only Managers and Supervisors can disable employees.

- Disabled employees do not count towards your billing total.
View List of Disabled Staff
Step 1: Click ‘Staff’ module from the top-panel as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Disabled’ tab from the left-hand side panel as shown in Image 2.
