The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to filter and view staff list by locations or positions by narrowing it down.

Applies to: Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers
An easier way to quickly filter and view staff by location/position, you can narrow down your staff list by 'Location(s)'.
Once a 'Location' gets selected, you can also select staff based on the 'Position(s)' under that 'Location'.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges in Humanity to view and narrow down your staff list by locations and positions.
- Locations and positions should be added under the ‘Staff’ module by Managers to be visible on the left-hand side panel.
Filter and View Staff by Location or Position
Step 1: Click ‘Staff’ module from the top-panel as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Click on the name of the Location(s) or Position(s) from the left-hand side panel and it will narrow down the staff on the right-hand side as shown in Image 2.
