Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to filter and view staff list by locations or positions by narrowing it down.

Overview

Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers

An easier way to quickly filter and view staff by location/position, you can narrow down your staff list by 'Location(s)'.

Once a 'Location' gets selected, you can also select staff based on the 'Position(s)' under that 'Location'.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges in Humanity to view and narrow down your staff list by locations and positions.
  2. Locations and positions should be added under the ‘Staff’ module by Managers to be visible on the left-hand side panel.

Filter and View Staff by Location or Position

Step 1: Click ‘Staff’ module from the top-panel as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click on the name of the Location(s) or Position(s) from the left-hand side panel and it will narrow down the staff on the right-hand side as shown in Image 2.
