This document provides instructions for the enabling and use of Push Notifications.

Push notifications are available on Humanity Mobile applications for Android and iOS. Using them is the best way to stay up to date with notifications about published schedules, upcoming shits, leave requests and new in-app messages.

Step 1: Enabling Push notifications on the company level

How do I check if push notifications are enabled for my company (for managers)?

From: Computer
Applies to: Manager

Under Settings -> Account -> Notifications, you will see the new option Via Mobile Push.

It will be checked by default. In case that it is not, check it, and click Save Settings. Push notifications will be enabled for everyone in the company. 

Controlling which notifications you receive

How can I control which notifications I receive? 

From: Computer
Applies to:
Manager, Supervisor, Scheduler, Employee

Click on personal menu in the top right corner (the arrow next to your profile picture) -> Settings -> Notifications -> Select preference for each notification 

From: Mobile
Applies to: Manager, Supervisor, Scheduler, Employee

More -> Settings -> Notifications -> Select preference for each notification
