Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to create, print and save a ‘Work Units’ Report.

The 'Work Units’ report can be used to keep track of the work units along with the rate and cost reports for the work units.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin or Supervisor access privileges in Humanity to enable manually add time clock option for your employees.

  2. The work units needs to be assigned to the published shifts to come up in the work units reports.

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

  1. Create a Work Units Report

  2. Print a Work Units Report

  3. Save a Work Units Report

Create a Work Units Report

Step 1: Click ‘Payroll’ module as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click ‘Work Units’ tab as shown in Image 2.

Step 3: You can select ‘Timeline’ or enter the specific dates. You can also filter the reports by ‘Remote Sites’, 'Locations', ‘Work Units’, ‘Positions’ and ‘Employees’ from the drop-down menus as shown in Image 3.

Note: If you want to view the reports in grouped or ungrouped format select the relevant option from the filters on the right hand side as shown in Image 4.

Step 4: Click ‘Apply’ as shown in Image 5 to apply the filters.

That’s it, the report has been created.

However, after creating the Work Units report if you want to print or save the report, follow the steps below:

Print a Work Units Report

Click ‘Print Report’ tab as shown in Image 6 to print the shifts scheduled report.

Save a Work Units Report

Either click ‘Save as CSV’ or ‘Save as XLSX’ as shown in Image 7.
