Difference Between Confirmed Hours and Time Sheets
Confirmed Hours
Once the working hours of the shifts are approved, scheduled hours become confirmed hours.
Notes:
Confirmed hours are an alternate of clocked hours if you are not using the ‘Time Clock’ module.
Scheduled hours get approved using the shift approval feature and are change into confirmed hours.
Confirmed Time Sheets
Once an employee clock in/out, the time gets recorded under time sheets. When the time sheets are approved, these hours will reflect under confirmed time sheets.
