  3. Difference Between Scheduled and Clocked Hours

Scheduled Hours

Scheduled hours are the working hours of the shifts i.e. the start and end time of the shifts.

Notes:

  1. Scheduled hours are an alternate of clocked hours if you are not using the ‘Time Clock’ module.

  2. Scheduled hours get approved using the shift approval feature and are change into confirmed hours.

Clocked Hours

If the employees are clocking in and out using the ‘Time Clock’ module, their hours are called clocked hours and recorded in the time sheets. Once the time sheets are approved, these hours are reflected in the confirmed time sheets.
