The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to edit clocked hours under time sheets for your staff.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers
Editing timesheets allow you to make changes to your staff clocked hours and details related to it such as position, notes, break, tip and remote sites.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler access privileges to edit time sheets.
- Schedulers can edit timesheets only for the staff they have permission from the manager.
- The manager must enable ‘Employees can edit time clocks’ settings to give access to their employees for editing time sheets.
- Employees can only edit timesheets for themselves.
Edit Time Sheets
Step 1: Click ‘Time Clock’ module as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Click ‘Manage Time Sheets’ tab from the left-hand side as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: By using the filters on top, set the ‘Timeline’, choose ‘Approved/Unapproved/All’ to pull up the desired data as shown in Image 3.
Step 4: Click on the timesheet you wish to edit as shown in Image 4.
Step 5: Click the ‘Edit Mode’ as shown in Image 5.
Step 6: Make all the changes you want to as shown in Image 6.
Note: You will be able to make changes for “Clock in/out time, position, remote site, tips, break and notes.”
Step 7: Click Save & Close to save the changes as shown in Image 7.
That’s it, the timesheets of your staff will get updated.
