The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to edit clocked hours under timesheets for yourself.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Employees
Editing timesheets allow you to make changes to your clocked hours and details related to it such as position, notes, break, tip, and remote sites.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have employee access privileges to edit your timesheets.
- The manager must enable ‘Employees can edit time clocks’ settings to give access to their employees for editing timesheets.
The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:
- View your Timesheets
- Edit your Timesheets
View your Timesheets
Step 1: Under Time Clock module > Click the Overview tab from the left-hand side > Select the timeline and approve/unapprove filter from the drop-down, as shown in Image 1.
Edit your Timesheets
Step 1: Click on the Pencil icon next to the timesheet you want to make a change in, as shown in Image 2.
Step 2: Click the Edit Mode> Make all the changes you want to > Click Save & Close to save the changes, as shown in Image 3.
Note: You will be able to make the following changes.
- Clock in/out time
- Remote site
